Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

It was because I went to the exec team and they played back the phone calls
with me being given false information

To say call up next week is a joke considering its released on 13th. I will be pissed if people can walk into the shop and get one on the 13th who haven't pre ordered

@Bigdog1979 seems left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and the head has fallen off altogether 🤦🏻‍♂️

@Apan1 I know, silly thing is I had the same issue with another network years ago where they lied to me and were a little shocked when I rang up and paid off all my contracts in full and moved them all to ee just to satisfy myself knowing they wouldn't get another penny off me (I hate liars, especially to get sales, I could never do that to one of my clients). May have to start looking around to see if any other networks can supply me the phone earlier seeing ee doesn't have a clue when they can supply mine.

@ShaneFay i know THREE have an issue too with them but not sure what

How do I get through to the exc team? And did u have to pay upgrade fee or phone cost?? 

I was referred to the exec team I'm guessing because I have been a customer for far too long

 i'm pleased that you received your phone mine also came today i just wish that everyone who ordered the s20 ultra's  got their's today too its just a waiting game for them now

After upgrading mine today, I was told I would get it tomorrow then after ending the conversation. I got a text stating I won’t get it tomorrow and I will get a delivery date soon. The EE team never mention anything to me about it had to preordered or a waiting date. That it’s a next day delivery. 
I have been mislead to believe I would get it next day. I don’t know when I will be receiving it neither. 
I’d like a little more information then a text by Thwari (EE team) saying I won’t get it and I will have to wait??

The handset itself isnt due out until Friday so preorders are due before then and other orders come after. You shouldn't have been told youd get a preorder within 24hrs so I'd ring up and ask to speak to a manager who can go back, listen to your previous convo and confirm misinformation and compensate you accordingly.
