Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Mines open sales aswell even though they just had 14000 units come in from samsung

Wow where did you see they got that many? What they need to do is move store stock to support the pre orders!.

That was a call just now from the executive team its probably not true
because it came from a person working at ee lol

Wouldn't surprise me!! I was laughing at the one dude who said the phones were quarantined on the phone.

Like almost all viruses, Covid-19 can't survive without a host for more than 72 hours. On a surface it'll die within 48 hours. Unless someone with the virus coughs onto your phone as they are packing it, and it lands on your doorstep within 2 days of that happening, you're perfectly safe.

 

Quarantined phones is ridiculous.

On the plus side the exec team are more helpful and have listened to the
calls and confirmed that many advisors have given me miss information so
should have a resolution by end of the day even if it means closing down my
contracts

I wouldn't even bother ordering in store. I ordered mine on the 15th of feb and called into branch today (the day I'm meant to pick the phone up) to be told they don't know when it will be here. I tried to ring the store before hand but the number on the EE website is wrong. Rang EE to see if they knew when it may be here to be told it could be a couple of weeks yet. I would've thought the store would've rung to let people know their phones arent going to be in.

I ordered mine on the 3rd of March and mine still says awaiting confirmation... I hope it's not late. I'll be gutted. 

I was told in the shop yesterday that they didn't expect a delivery of S20 ultras 2day and have been told to advise customers it could be up 2 end of the month before I recieve mine. When originally I was told It would be delivered on monday to my local store..

I ordered  it 18th and told the 10th no one got it yesterday loads got it today we are the biggest liars out there never heard so much rubbish from no stock to its being delivered then it comes from Samsung then it will be Friday I paid to get it on the 10th my friend ordered 2 days after me he got his this morning there a joke
