Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Mine still says awaiting confirmation on delivery date however confirmed by EE I will get my phone by friday.

 

Of course I have screen shotted the conversation! Haha

Well I have confirmation in writing from EE so I expect phone by Friday or if not I will be on the phone to them

Has anyone else had constant misleading text messages? 

 

I was asked to return an old phone from a previous contract before march 11th. 

 

I received messages saying I was getting the plus not the ultra, but after speaking to EE on the phone I'm told I am getting the ultra.

 

Text Messages saying wrong phone will be coming today (march 10th) but customer service saying nothing is coming today. Customer service telling me the phones haven't been shipped to EE yet and release is pushed back by a month. 

 

Does anyone else feel this launch has been a shambles and they've been kept in the dark and sent conflicting misleading information?

Well phones just arrived but no pin in the box to open the sim slot

It’s in the lid, there’s and extra sleeve with the sim ejector on the back

@Dev2k01 when did you preorder yours? Aggre there wont be any sympathy from me if your missing an elector pin I preorder as soon as it went live and no phone for me untill the end of the month lol

Dont listen too ee full stop Samsung are doing the orders two friends of mine on different networks have theres ordered 6 days after me il ordered just after unpacking and still nothing just lies Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
