I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
S20 ultra saying due for delivery 24-26th march so will i get a slightly lower bill?
The same corona guy Scott said no iwont as thats not how these phone contracts work, ill still be paying the same amount whether the phone comes on time or not

At the moment, it looks like I'm getting the Ultra on 24th March. This sucks. Hopefully things will change when the phones land in the UK and they can allocate them to the orders.
I'm going to work on the assumptions that 24th is correct. At least that gives Samsung time to push out updates to fix the camera issues.
@BrendonH Not sure why you are quoting the 7 years or so? I've been on longer, but it doesn't matter.
All I was saying is that EE could give a better update once stock arrives and they see what they have to play with. As per every single major phone launch.
Of course not everyone will get them on release day. I wasn't agreeing with that 😉
