Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

In My EE the expected delivery date has been 13 March ever since I pre-ordered it on the 18th Feb, yesterday it was changed to 24-26 March

Online chat I was told I would receive it with 7 days... 2 weeks ago lo .... Cos I was valued Customer and had ore ordered

Which capacity/colour have people gone for?

Pre-ordered Feb 13th after my Feb 12th pre-order was messed up so had to cancel!

 

So far I've been "promised"

 

* Delivery 3 days before official launch

* Delivery on launch

* Delivery 3-5 working days after launch

 

Nobody knows of course, until the numbers are confirmed.

 

Let's see....

I agree with @safcsat ive been told 3 days early, launch day, by the end of march and now we cant guarantee delivery before the end of April.

@safcsat original order on the 12th Feb then had to re-order on the 20th as they cocked up my price plan. When i re-ordered on the 20th she told me I would get it 3 days early ,I've put my order number in that i just got given on Live chat and it doesn't even show anything. Cant find my order in MyEE, starting to wonder if my order even exists !

I think unless you order online then you have no way or even record (other than calling CS) to track your order.

 

Order online and you will see your order and ETA for delivery, order any other way and it's unfortunately a waiting game!

Mine is still showing as 10th of March! I’ve ordered the 128gb Grey!
