I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

I've just spoken to someone who said there is no stock at all but will be distributed first come first served as it comes in. No info of when it will come in though and can't explain why people who ordered after us have got theirs. 🥺

@Rachel1977 same with me.... absolute joke....starting to look elsewhere now for deals to be fair. First experience with EE and it's been dreadful

Hi all. Just added that my call concluded with there are delays from Samsung and it could be 2 weeks until stock becomes available again.. !!!!
Infuriating considering Samsung have updated there customers and even tech radarare covering Samsung but not ee .. im going to be spending upwards of £115 a month and I can't get communication from EE. they still haven't officially announced delays unless I missed it.. but nothing to me directly.

Just got off the phone to EE and the rep said bronze is being dispatched on the 25th and the black on the 2nd October then he said hang on ill just go and talk to his big manager and the manager said both Colors would be sent out Tuesday and Wednesday so take your pick its pot luck EE Reputation badly damaged by this

@Jockus666 I feel like the first two dates are for anyone who would purchase now and early this week is for pre orders. Thats my guess.
I was given Monday dispatch yesterday. Guess will find out tomorrow. I was told to call back if it didn't so fingers crossed.

I just spoke them too and was asked to wait another 1 to 2 days, I guess that would match with tues/weds..

I personally think this is my final straw for EE.
I get that EE may not of recieved the stock from Samsung the stark difference between the way Samsung direct and EE have delt with this just shows the difference between a company that wants to keep its customers and one that just doesn't care even for contracts costing most of us close to £3k.
Samsung realised there would be delays.
Samsung contacted all the people that ordered and appooligised.
Samsung informed all the people that ordered of a new delivery date.
Samsung offered all the people that pre ordered a good will gesture totally over £200 in goods and vouchers.
EE's response
Deny everything
Pretend we don't know what's going on
Send the occasional random text saying your pre order is on track even if its after it should be in the person hands.
And finally if they do call try to make up something different to every customer so no one knows what's really going on.
Meanwhile in EE's secret lair there is someone who knows exactly how much stock they have when more is arriving and when they expect to send that out.
