I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

@ziggymon @Thank you for the update it’s appreciated this is very frustrating but hopefully we’ll have our phones soon although I’m not to hopefully tbh.

So that was funny,
The executive team wouldn't speak to me.
The woman who was helping just said all they would say is they wouldn't offer more than the £30 and that they would send out a complaint form to fill out to the ombudsman as they would be required.
I passed on information with evidence about a few things that was said along with posts about others receiving more compensation. I asked her to pass that information on to the executive team to see if they would give a response as im not there to get a small rebate.
I mentioned that Samsung customers were offered the £50 voucher and Galaxy buds live as compensation for all pre-orders for failed stock delivery. I mentioned to them that EE as a company now have the power to ask Samsung what they are going to offer EE as they have failed to provide stock in time for customers as promised from what would be EE own ordering agreement and that all EE pre order customers should be provided with the same good will gesture for failed contractual meet.
So im expected another call or email later today.
Once the executives which im expecting to try and fob us off, we pool together our evidence of chat transcripts for the press and then to the ombudsman. Hopefully we can then get an official statement

@ziggymon Great work mate and made some cracking point to them. If we are unable to get any adequate answers from them, the least they can do is compensate as to how Samsung have done. I haven't accepted that £50 they offered me cause I think it's unreasonable and more than happy to share any transcripts / conversations ive had with them. Let us know what they say when they ring you back/ email you

@ziggymon thanks for taking them on for us all. I just got really excited when dpd knocked on but its my galaxy watch I ordered yesterday. They told me wouldn't arrive until monday! Hoping you get some answers for us all and if I hear anything ill let you know.

I've just had another generic email saying 'Good News, Your Order is Coming Soon'. It doesn't state a delivery date or anything on it though. Is this just a standard email, or does it mean I might actually see a phone tomorrow? I ordered on the 3rd, confirmed on the 5th. Mystic Black. Vodafone cut my service off on Friday so I'm currently waiting for my number to port to EE, but they say they can't give me an interim sim card and I have to wait until one arrives with my phone. Basically I am phoneless which is a major issue. I'm also off on holiday on Thursday, so time is of the essence. I've been given the run around on chat, on the phone and in store for the last week. I'm starting to really regret switching to EE.

Been with web chat customer services again and they just had told me there is no more stock and waiting for replinshment on Monday...... absolute joke....I've put in another complaint
