Samsung galaxy fold z release

I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Seems a little ludicrous to believe that a multinational company like BT/EE couldn't liaise with a huge supplier like Samsung to get enough stock to full fill at least pre-orders that were made over 7-10 days ago. Considering I ordered the phone an hour ago from Samsung direct and they confirmed delivery for tomorrow. So they clearly have stock. 

The lack of communication is a prime example of how not to treat customers.

Even competitors are at least giving a 3-4 day lead time. At least it's a rough guide!

Does anyone know if DPD delivery on Sunday? As if it doesn't arrive by tomorrow does that mean we have to wait until Monday??

Not with standard delivery. So probably Monday. At the earliest but seeing as no one at EE knows if/when stock is available I think we will be waiting a while.

I've never heard of them delivering on a Saturday before.

Unless you have got confirmation and time slot I wouldn't count on anything being Monday

ahh this is driving me crazy with all this lack of communication.

Are we all just pretty much banking on that DPD text to come through in the next few hours?

No update from me unfortunately....will update the group once I hear anything

I'm not holding out any hope for delivery tomorrow. Maybe next week.
