I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Hi did you place your order online or over the phone.
I have been told if you place your order online you will get an xk number but if you place your order over the phone you wont.
Orders over the phone are all tracked by EE .
XK number you have to track it yourself.
Anyone confirm how the pre ordered their phone

Placed my order over the phone and through screen sharing with an EE agent. I got a tracking text that gives me an order number beginning with 00. No XK code though.

Yes I have an order number beginning with 00 also and no xk.
Hopefully we are ok then.
The info from EE seems correct.

I Ordered online and got both an Xk number and an order number.
The Xk number has nothing to do with dpd, it's just an order reference number when you order online.

So I just spoke to a lady who sounded like she's had the conversation a thousand times today and insisted they have no stock and it could be up to two weeks so no help at all and I ordered on the 3rd!
