Samsung airpods?? How to claim

I've received my phone today but when I took out the contract it says you can claim the free headphone pods. I cannot see anything about this in with my phone ???

Log into your Samsung Members app on your phone.

They are only available to people pre-order Samsung Galaxy 20+ 5G and Ultra 5G.

As EE has massive delays in getting the devices out to customers do you know if they period which we can claim the preorder bonus will be extended at all?
