Samsung S21 256gb white

Hi There, 

 

I am still waiting on delivery of my phone which I ordered on 8th September. My current screen is broken and flickering and picked the white one as it said "usually despatched in one day" as opposed to 21 days on the purple. I have phoned EE twice now, the first woman said delivery last week and the second (a week ago) didnt have a clue.

 

I would have gone elsewhere or picked a different phone had I known it would take this long. Why not state that they dont know the delivery times on ordering rather than lie? Is this not false advertising!?

 

Has anyone else recieved this colour and memory size yet?

The devices are sent out on a first come, first served basis. So they're sent out in the order in which they were placed.

 

I'm sorry that you haven't received yours yet. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to deliver.

 

If you would like to discuss your order, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150 again.
