I have tried everything with Apple and EE to try and get my Apple Music smart benefit to work. I feel like ripping my hair out. All it keeps saying is ‘this subscription is being used with a different Apple ID’ or something like ‘contacting EE to validate your Apple Music’. I’m getting nowhere. We are saying to contact Apple and Apple are saying to contact EE. I just want this sorting. Has anyone else had this problem and got it sorted?
