I cannot connect my 46mm Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch to the plan in EE.
I do not know why?

There are a couple of other things we can check.
Have you registered you phone number with My EE?
Are you using a pay monthly plan?

I have my number in EE for many months. I transferred from Lycamobile. I don't have a subscription. I have a top-up plan. Charges on My EE.

Our watch plans are only available on pay monthly accounts at the moment.

I've been wondering about that. I understand. But there is no information about it anywhere. EE doesn't talk about it. I did not find information about it. If so, I will change EE to a different operator.
