Texting early is working for some, not all. I tried it 20minutes ago or so, and just now too.
I think on their end they are going through accounts, and activating peoples right to claim, which is fair. So it seems some may be waiting more than others, which again is fair. It's made me less worried now others have had similar at least.

I'm on a 5g essential plan so I don't think I qualify. I wish they'd made it a bit visually clearer, which ones it was included in which ones it wasn't

Yeah, I was nearly caught out on that too. When it was up for pre-order, on the Friday and sorted mine over the phone, went with an essential plan etc. He told me it WOULD be eligible for the Gaming Bundle.
The next day though, and I was still looking at it even though I had gone with it. Found out that the plan he put me on did not include the bundle, as it had to be a Smart Bundle. It was confirmed by someone over the phone, so my original essential one was cancelled from the day before, and I set up the correct Smart Plan, which they matched the price on seeing as it was a mistake.
So yeah, I agree, it's not been TOO clear, visually at least, as it's all over the website. I still haven't got a text, and texting Unleashed still isn't working. I was advised to wait until the end of tomorrow, if not I will have to ring them on Wednesday.

I've claimed the galaxy earbuds pro and tag as I pre ordered the s21 ultra 5g but I'm still waiting on the text for the xbox gaming bundle and it's been 19 days since I got the phone.

I've now managed to claim mine, randomly texted 'Unleashed last night, around 2am and it did it!
But, still never got the official text. What I did do was call EE yesterday evening on 150, went to account and billing etc till I got through to someone. They escalated it for me and said it could be an issue, not just that they haven't got it to it yet. She said it could take 3 - 5 days to get back to me.
But, as I said, I managed to claim late last night - so I would get right on the phone with EE, and raise the issue to them, as that could be what finally pushed kine through! 🙂

I got mine delivered today and its not bad. Although i thought it was the Xbox edition we were getting with the X button on etc? I just got a standard one.
Also the games pass for me is a major fail. I get full 4G signal all the time where i live and keeps coming up connection problems and stutters like hell playing a game. WiFi isn't any better. Google stadia however, works a treat.

Also got mine today, and also agree it's a good controller for stadia but seems we're beta testers for xcloud. Trying to play a game on xcloud is a terrible experience, I can't figure out how (if indeed you can) to have the whole of the video on my screen and playing a game like that is impossible. It's not like the s21 has a small screen so what gives?

I have had 0 problems with cloud gaming, guess sim lucky.
But having said that, If you preordered the Samsung galaxy s21 ultra. you're going to be disappointed with the razer kishi.
a) you have to take your phone out of a case to put your phone into the controller.
b) It's a terrible fit it doesn't fit very well if at all. puts a massive starain on the USB c port. And because of the camera hump, it doesn't fit in properly.
Several people are reporting taking the inner protection out, but it's a risk of scratching your phone. and it wobbles. There are several Reddit threads about not fitting the ultra correctly.
This was clearly never designed for such a phone I would go as far as to say it is not fit for purpose.
If I use it and it scratches my phone will I be penalized when I go to trade it in next year?
Would like to hear what EE thinks. Considering it is plastered all other the pages about it. its useless.
