You will receive a text message 14 days after you receive your phone to let you know that you can now claim your bundle.
Once you receive this message, text the word UNLEASHED to 150.
You will receive a reply with three separate links, one to redeem Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, one to redeem your gaming controller and one containing the terms and conditions of the offer.
If you haven't received your text after 18 days, please text UNLEASHED to 150 and you are on an eligible plan you will then receive your links.
To claim your gift, visit the claim portal within the claim period and complete the claim form including your proof of purchase, IMEI (which can be found on the box or in the settings menus) and your personal details.
Claims must be made within the claim period which is between 00:01 on the 28th of January 2021 until 23:59 on the 27th of February 2021.
You will receive a confirmation email once your claim has been received and a further email within 7 days that your claim has been verified.

I text 'UNLEASHED' to 150 today (14th day from receiving my S21) without the text from EE and have managed to redeem the gamepass subscription, however although I have a link for the Kishi (and a code) it is not showing on the BT shop page when trying to redeem it. So from what has been said above I assume might be day 18 before can redeem that.

i've been trying to put the code in for the last 30 minutes on different devices to try and claim the controller and it has fried me, glad i found this and i'm not the only one struggling, literally losing my mind as i thought i was doing something wrong! -_-

Im trying to redeem my razer kishi controller but i get the following error when entering the coupon:
'Sorry this coupon code cant be used on this order. Please check the terms and conditions to ensure your order qualifies, if your order does qualify it may be that the maximum number of redemptions have already been reached. Please note some coupons are customer specific and can only be used by the person they were issued to.'
Where am i going wrong here?

I'm having the same problems, I phoned customer services and they said I need to email EE and place my order through them (think I was fobbed off)
I emailed them anyway and will see what occurs.

Just set up Xbox Game Pass and ordered controller and took no more than 10 minutes.
Text "UNLEASHED" to 150, received text from EE, clicked on first link, set up Xbox Pass, downloaded Xbox app from Google Play store.
Clicked on second link for BT, selected controller (first item that popped up), prompted me to set up new account, set up completed, clicked on basket, voucher applied automatically making cost of controller £0, chose delivery address, placed order.
Don't wait for EE to text you, you'll be pre orderding the Samsung S30 by then.

I text unleashed and it said it not included in my deal. I pre-ordered a s21 ultra on a 5g plan, maybe I have to wait until day 18

I got the same. I haven't received a text, and looked on here after ringing. The person I spoke to was nice but didn't even know at first the controller was a part of the deal, he just thought the subscription was.
After I explained it, he said to me has it been 18 days, which I said no, so he advised to wait until the end of Tuesday. Came here and people have tried it before the text and got it, but mine simply says the same - it isn't included. Must be an activation on their end for each account do fair enough.
I'm a bit worried though; this seems to have been a mess, and the images apparently are not showing the correct controller. Another thread said that, although they are stating the 'Android' controller, the images are the newer official Xbox branded one. I'm not too fussed, they both seem similar, but they need to make sure they show the correct images - I switched to EE from another network, and thought it wasn't how I decided, rhe benefits were a partial reason why.
Just hoping by end of Tuesday I will get the text, but I'll try texting 'UNLEASHED' once or twice before then anyway seeing as others have managed it.
