Sales teams did not answer my phone although I tried many times with long queues

On previous 2days,I received an email from EE to call their no0800 079 0531 to confirm my info to complete my order.

So I call many times with long waiting time , they did not answer.So frustrating.

please kindly sort it out .

 

I mention things in email in details below.

 

‘’ Your order is almost complete, we will have you up and running soon.

We need a bit more information from you to complete the order.
If you can give us a call on  0800 079 0531, with your xko ready.

            Our offices are open:

•           Monday - Sunday        9:00am - 7:00pm

Once we receive this information we will get your order moving.

Thanks for your patience. We are looking forward to speaking to you and getting you started with EE.
