SIM not provisioned

Hi, I have upgraded my phone recently. I have moved my PAYG sim to my new Samsung phone. When I turn my phone on i get SIM Not provisioned. I can not text 150 because it says no network coverage.

 

How can I activate my SIM so I can receive calls and texts.

Have you upgraded to a pay monthly account or have you upgraded your pay as you go account?

 

Did you get a new SIM card with your new phone?

Hi No, no change what so ever.

 

I was given a handset and just put the SIM in thats it

Is the Samsung an EE phone or is this unlocked?

 

Does your SIM work in your old phone?

I think its an EE phone, I dont have my old phone anymore.

When was the last time you used the EE SIM card for one of the below chargeable activities?

 

  • Voice and data usage. This includes making calls, sending text messages and picture messages, retrieving a voicemail, and using data that is not within your pack or add-on.
  • Topping up your account.
  • Buying a pack or an add-on.

 

Calls, texts and data usage made using your allowance from your pack do not count towards a chargeable activity.
