SIM not provisioned

Hi guys,

 

My phone has been stolen, so i ordered a new some and have bought a new phone. i have added the new SIM to the new phone and it is say that it has not been provisioned,

 

i have restarted the phone several times but still no joy, under network settings it is showing EE but is not picking up a signal. i've seen in similar articles that an easy fix is to enter the old SIM, obviously this is not an option as i don't have it anymore.

 

Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance!
