i am trying to activate my watch onto a plan but get error saying call 150 with error code 207. Even the CS dont have a clue. Can anyone on here help. I bought the samsung s20 and galaxy 3 watch from samsung last year. just moved to EE a few days ago.

What did our Mobile Care team advise when you called 150?
