I’ve got a new SIM card because the phone I was using has been misplaced. I’ve ordered a new sim and apparently it’s not compatible with the phone, need help.

If you ordered the SIM from EE it should have come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hello @Kylangreen ,

Welcome to the community,

What makes you think that the SIM card will not be compatible with your phone? It comes in one size, to fit different sim slots, which you can then push the size out that you need.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi @Kylangreen

Thanks for coming to the community.

If the SIM is not working in the phone, do you know if the phone is unlocked or been purchased from EE?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.
