Can anyone please advise is it possible to change the phone number on my SIM? I am on SIM only and ported my number over a couple of days after receiving my sim card which had an EE temporary number.
Now the sim status shows the temporary number instead of my ported number.
Thanks very much...

Hi @superspark
Thanks for coming here.
Has the other network SIM stopped working?
Did you receive a text to let you know the number transfer was finished?
If so, what phone are you using?
Leanne 🙂

Hello Leanne,
I had a sim card sent to me several months ago on a 12 sim only contract. It had an ee temporary number on it, after a couple of days I asked 3 for a pac code. I used the pac code and my original number was transferred to ee and it worked right away. If I check in About Phone it still shows the temporary number which came with the sim card. I would like the sim card phone number be the same as is being used now. Does that make sense?
