Hi, I start my current mobile phone contact in last year October, now the the phone screen is damaged, the insurance company ask me for a prove of the purchase before they can process my claim, I went to the EE phone shop, but the staff ask me to contact the customer service because they can't do anything about it. Could you please help me with this? Many thanks.
