Hello,
My PAYG SIM card is not working abroad. I have credit on my account but I can't even call 150 to get any help. I can't send any messagess, make any calls or use data. It's not working on android or iphone devices. I don't receive calls but I receive messages from voicemail. I acctivated the card back in the UK.
What do I have to do to use it?

As you didn't use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad you can't now use it until you return to UK. EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network.

@Juliax : How did you activate it in UK? Did you actually make calls and/or texts there?

I bought the card in EE shop and the assistant said it's all set. I didn't make any call from the UK. Can I activate it from abroad?

Sorry, to complete the activation of a new SIM, you need to make a call, send a text or use mobile data on the EE network in the UK. It isn't possible to activate a SIM on a roaming network.
