SIM card not recognised on the network

I get this message a couple of times a day. Restart clears it for a while.

What needs to be done to stop it happening?

@AMJ09   Try cleaning the sim with a damp cloth, make sure it’s dry before you put it back in the device.  If this doesn’t work you might need to order a replacement SIM card you can do that HERE
