iPhone 12 pro pre order

I preordered an iPhone 12 pro today and I have received an confirmation email saying my order is confirmed and on its way. But there was an upfront cost of £50 which hasn’t been taken out of my account yet. Is everything okay or has not upgrade not gone through. Also when I check my current plan it says I’m still on my old sim only contract

@George55   Your tariff doesn’t change straight the way and just because payment hadn’t been taken yet it’s nothing to worry about.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Okay that gives me some peace of mind thanks for your help 

It happened to me yesterday. I called CS and no order was in their system so I ordered it again over the phone 

Yeah called and they said no order was made so I made the order again and it’s now on the system but the £50 upfront cost still hasn’t left my account.

Normally this means you need to call as they require additional information, hope it all goes through! Good luck, also the confirmation email doesn’t mean the contract has been excepted. 

once you get a text from EE or a delivery date that’s when you know it’s been accepted 🙂 

 

oh and if they do take the money then it’s accepted!
