I am awaiting my delivery for my upgrade.
Iv had an email stating i need driving licence or passport. I don't own either of those. Will a utility bill or something similar work?

You will be required to show a photo ID.
Does somebody at your address have ID? if yes, they will be able to sign for your parcel.
