SIM card not connecting error update

Hi - my SIM card isn’t working in my phone/ I have tried it in an old phone and it works fine - so guessing a fault on my iPhone 11?

 

what do I do now??

Same issue! Just tried sim in my partners iPhone - works fine!! 🙄🙄

Have you tried a factory reset on your iPhone after backing up all your data? 

 

How long have you had the iPhone?

Hi,
Yes I have reset. Still it working, my sim works using my partners iPhone - so guessing it’s my phones error. I’ve had the phone almost a year

Check SIM Settings on the Phone to ensure its not selected for eSIM rather than normal SIM use.
