I purchased a replacement sim (old one never fitted my new phone and broke trying to fit) and it has still not arrived and it has been 2 weeks+ now, how long am I expected to wait and I can't call them from my ee phone because it has no sim now.

I am sorry to hear you have still not received your replacement SIM.
A replacement SIM should take 3-5 days to be delivered.
Are you pay as you go or pay monthly?
