Just tried to make a call and it says ;
SIM card can’t be assessed. To contact network provider to receive a PUK code.

@PMDS101 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Account Settings / Unlock your SIM.

Thank you- Although I am on here as I unable to call the number as my sim is locked. I would have of course gone via that route if I could have.
I have now contacted an agent using the EE chat facility and it’s now resolved.
