I received my new IPhone 11 yesterday and tried to activate my SIM last night to transfer my number across. I followed the instructions but got an error message. My old SIM has now been deactivated which means that I now can’t attempt to activate my new SIM as it requires a code to be sent to my old phone. Any ideas?

If you're unable to activate your SIM card online, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can register it for you.
