SIM Not Received

Goose82UK
Visitor

Nearly a month ago I upgraded to a 5G SIM but have yet to receive anything in the post. I'm struggling to find a way to chase this up without going into a High Street EE branch. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Hi @Goose82UK ,

Is it possible your SIM already supports connection with 5G technologies and you only upgraded to a 5G plan?

Or were you told your SIM needed replacing?

Do you have a device which supports 5G technologies to test this?

SIMs are not inherently 4G or 5G. It's the plan you're on that is. If you ordered it your plan should have just been uprated to 5G w/out the SIM changing. Do you get 5G on a 5G device in a 5G area?
