I want to change my old "brick" mobile for a smart phone model which EE does not sell. I want to keep EE as my mobile network and keep the same number. Do I just buy a PAYG Sim card from EE and stick it in the phone?
If not, how do I do this?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hello @Alcatel1S ,
Welcome to the community,
You can get the phone elsewhere and just use the SIM card you already have from EE and put it in your new phone. I take it you are already on pay as you go? If the SIM card is not the right size and you need a replacement you can request it.
