Hi, Within the last 2 weeks I upgraded through BT from Huawei p20pro to the s21. With the Huawei I had full 4g at my workplace. I get h+ now using the s21. As much as I like the phone, I expect it to be better receiving a signal than a 3 year old phone. I use the phone for music and live streaming at work, This it struggles doing now and is constantly dropping out. I looked at a few threads and it seems the S21 has a known signal issue. Is there anything I can do to improve the signal. I have to say I am not impressed with ee for talking me into getting the phone in the first place as they must know about the issue being its their business to know about the products they sell

@priestfield It’s your decision to decide on what you want. No one stopped you from asking questions (did you) and no one stopped you from finding information about this device before you agreed to have it. (did you) There is nothing you can do to improve the signal.

How long have both of you had the phone and did you get them online? You do have 14 days cooling off period, so long as you did not do this in a store.

Is anything reported on the coverage & status checker for the locations? Using the "check network" link takes you the faults lookup and is certainly worth eliminating.

Welcome to the community, @priestfield and @Fonzey1727
Are there any maintenance works on our network status checker?
