Hi, I've recently upgraded to the s21 plus on the 19/02/21. Was told over the phone whilst being asked for details of the s10 plus that I am traiding in that it would have arrived on the 01/03/21 but my order has not been dispatched. My returns back is on the way and needs to be back by the 15/03/21. I know that customers usually have 14 days to return the phone. Will this mean that my order is on the way since it would be under 14 days to return if it is due on the 15th?

Your 1r days start on the day you receive the phone.
You need to call EE and state you haven't received your new phone yet so they need to allow you to delay on returning your current phone.
