Good evening all, I have a question on how I go about unblocking an imei number that EE have blocked. My phone is a Samsung A70 and SIM card port 1 has been blocked just EE haven't told me about the block. Sim card port 2 work completely phone but i'm now needing port 1 for a business sim. If anyone can help that would be great! I've let some details below.

@Scantronic : If, as I suspect but you haven't divulged, you are not the original purchaser of this device from EE but have bought it 2nd-hand, then you cannot get it un-blacklisted. EE will only discuss that with the original purchaser.

Hi there, This is was brand new phone and contract though car phone warehouse. It is was a sealed box that was delivered to the store. It has worked for the first year and a half its just after that date it was blocked that I started having issues but didn't pick up on it straight away as I only used sim 1 for business and because of lockdown I wasn't using it at that time.
