S20 ultra order not confirmed

I was due an upgrade on the 10th of March, I chose to upgrade to the s20 ultra, I pre ordered it, got an order number etc and was told I would receive order updates and confirmations, I havent recieved anything regarding this upgrade, has this happened to anyone else, should I ring ee ?

Welcome to the community and thanks for ordering.

All orders are subject to stock from the manufacturer and we're working with them to ensure we can fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
 
I'd recommend downloading the DPD app, which will send a notification once the delivery is on the way.

I downloaded the dpd app but it's not showing up on it. I'm just getting abit worried as there is no confirmation message about my order or any evidence of the order even being processed

When you processed this did you receive an email?

Because you have received an order number, this indicates your order has been placed. If there is a problem with your order you will be notified.

I have not recieved an email either, just after my order I was given my order number and told I would receive text updates aswell as email. I done the upgrade through my ee app.

Can you track your order using your order number?

Have you downloaded the DPD app?

DPD will send you a notification when your device is on its way to you.
