I cant believe what just happened. I had a preorder for a s20 ultra 512gb since 24 of February. After 2 months an sales agent admitted EE cant provide this model so he persuaded me to chose the smaller model 128gb so they cancel that order and made a new one olso they asked 100 pounds deposit and 50 pounds upfront cost, everything paid from my bank account. After all this the agreement was checked and signed by me and EE the assured me I will receive the handset today. I have the email confirmation. Last evening the handset was picked up by dpd and supposedly delivered today. In this morning I've checked dpd app and madness EE canceled delivery the reason was I'm acussed of fraudulent activity. I tried to get in touch with customer service and what I heard was apologies. This is unacceptable for me...so now the case will go to solicitors and citizen advice bureau. I advise peoples to check their preorders and orders and to avoid this company by any cost

Thanks Leanne . I do not have any email or reply from EE. All they said was apologies, and now I.must wait a reply from fraud department in 7 days . Olso I called them today and now they try to blame DPD , they said DPD was the company who flag this delivery like a fraud. I called DPD and they were very clear : EE STOPPED THE DELIVERY. So what happened is not nice and not acceptable. I paid 65 days ago 50 pounds for a handset and not received. When you cancel my order and place another one I paid another 100 pounds deposit and was not a single problem with this account. I was able to track my parcel using DPD app. Everything was fine until next day morning when EE stopped the delivery. Please explain what happened.

As far as I'm aware, its actually Samsung that cannot provide the 512, and although EE were meant to get them, nobody has.

Are we any closer to finding out when we might see the 512gb model?? I have pre order but still waiting.
