My early upgrade

Heya, I recently bought a early upgrade and I didn’t get a email saying I’ve bought it. Should I be worried...?

This also happened to me when I ordered on the 5th. I called customer service on 0800317720 and my order had actually been cancelled but EE had no told me. My money had left my account as well. So now I have to wait for them to completely end the old order and re process it again.

Give them a call just incase this is the same for you. Its happened to a few people who are upgrading.
