Router wont connect,constantly flashes yellow.

So whenever I turn the router on it starts off green(as normal) and then goes to flashing yellow relatively quickly, then nothing. It only flashes yellow.

Tried factory resetting, switching the power off and waiting and turning it back on. Taking the cables out and putting it back in. Have had no effect whatsoever.

Really unsure what to do.

So its been down for 3 days, need it for work etc.

Morning @Andrew95

Thanks for coming to the community.

Do you have a landline phone?

If so, does this have a dial tone?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

A corded phone handset is the best diagnostic tool you can have for BB. I strongly recommend getting a cheap corded handset to help diagnose BB issues like yours as well as keeping the line "wet" to help avoiding BB issues & paying out for an engineer to fix faults in your own wiring.
