I've recently bought 2 ring security cameras set them up on WiFi they work fine but when I try and use live view on 4g it doesn't work at all spoke to ring and they said its my network provider does anyone else have this issue ?? Thanks Sarah 😊

Yes they just say its the provider. There must be something EE IS blocking to stop the stream being downloaded as on ring app shows a live view session has taken place and recorded.
I can play back that session. Just unable to go live.

We aren't blocking access to the Ring app. As @Karl21 posted above, they are able to access the stream as expected.
Did Ring mention what they thought the issue was with your mobile provider?

I know when my pixel 3a would not connect to 4g data services on 2.4ghz.
Apparently ring cameras use 2.4

Your miss understanding the issue. Its activating live stream thats the issue. I can play recorded video and events no problem.
EE must be blocking the live stream somehow. Guessing it's the live protocol which is being blocked.

EE won't be actively blocking any of the features of your Ring camera and app. I'd recommend contacting Ring support and asking them to identify what it is they think is causing the issue. Once the issue is known, there may be some settings you can tweak to resolve the issue.

I called ring support. They asked to simcard swap the EE from router to my phone's Three sim.
It sorted problems straight away.

I am suffering with the same issue here
Phone is iPhone 11 and the latest 15.1 software
When on EE 4g it will only allow me to watch earlier recorded videos from notifications as soon as I try to go live I get the streaming error.
If I then connect to WIFI whether at work or at home it works no problem.
Phone signal is full bars on 4g and getting @ 50Mb/sec download and over 2Mb/sec upload, so no issues there.
Issue lies with EE or latest iPhone software as it used to work fine a few weeks back so something has changed,
Any ideas would be appreciated
