Hello
I am currently looking to upgrade. My work use the Reward Gateway discount scheme, and not EE Perk.
When I initially took my contract out I got a 20% discount, however when I I log on to reward Gateway , the discount appears to only be for new customers.
I don't particularly want to leave but I have seen better deals elsewhere. Don't suppose there's any way I could continue to receive my corporate discount?

@bobe34 You take out a new contract when yours reaches its minimum term. To keep your number request it to be made a PAYG when you give notice to terminate. Once it’s a PAYG and you have your new contract/device you then request to move the PAYG number to your new contract account.
This is your only way if your discount is only for new contracts and not upgrades.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, but I'd rather not have to go through the hassle of having to switch my number over to another network and back again shortly after

You shouldn't need to switch to another network and back again as EE will move an EE PAYG no. to an EE contract when you request it.
