Returning phone for exchange - Label

Received new phone and realised i'd chosen the wrong memory size, been waiting for 4/5 days now and not received promised email with label to return it or the bag they sent in post and going to be away for 3 weeks in US. 

 

Is there any other way of receiving the label (whatsapp, carrier pigeon) spoken to various agent and they have tried other email and nothing has been received! 

 

Or can some give us a ref & the address to send it back?

@Mark-74  Have you looked in your spam folder ?   And if your being sent a returns package you don’t get any email with the address as it’s already on the returns package.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yeah and asked for it to be sent to another email still nothing. Not the usual service from EE 😞
