Hello you lovely EE people!
I am new to the smart watch and need some advice.
First of all, I have it on contract so it has own data, but it hasn't used any data yet according to my account? How is that?
Secondly, it has a different mobile number? Is that right?
Finally, there is an extra charge of £0.56, but I can't see why yet. How have I managed to get an extra charge?
Any tips on how to use the watch also greatly appreciated!

The watch will have a different number for billing purposes.
What does the extra charge show as on your bill?

Hi @Leanne_T, my account doesn't show what the charge is for yet.
I think my watch is faulty, or I'm somehow doing something to drain the battery... I charged it this morning, was at 100% at 11pm and by 3pm it was down to 30% battery 😕
