Packaging and label when returning old phone

Hi, I have two questions regarding returning my old phone after upgrading.

 

Firstly, the packaging provided is very small and only just fits my old phone in and doesn't seem well protected.

Would I be able to use my own packaging?

 

  1. Secondly, I'm looking at paying to use the 'Special Delivery' service so it can get there quicker and for extra security with being covered. 

However, I was just wondering if I use this service, do I still need to put the prepaid shipping label on the package? 

 

I wasn't sure if opting for the special delivery option I should still be sticking a prepaid label on? 

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

@StaceyDee you most definitely need to put that label on it they need to know who sent the device in. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B thank you. I assumed as much and it seemed like a daft question, but with it being a prepaid label for the 'free' way to send the phone back, I just thought I best check.
