Issue changing pack

hi

i cancelled my £15 pack to upgrade to £20 and option to add pack are no longer available on my profile, can anyone help

Yes, I go through the normal process, type YES to add pack20, nothing happens

I have also topped up by £25, rang 150 and it says I have no pack options available

Does it report that you have an active pack?
