Returning customer issues

I have just switched back to ee after a number of years away. New sim works fine, old number transfered fine, but I can't log in to my account on the website ( I get the message ' Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later' ) and the app says my account is closed. 

I'm guessing the answer is to call customer services, but was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues.

Any suggestions will be welcomed.

Welcome back. 😄

 

You're correct, the answer is to speak to our Mobile Care team. It sounds like your old My EE account will have to be removed so that you can register again from scratch.

 

Hopefully it should be pretty straight forward.
