Replacing eSim never arrived

I have ordered a replacing eSim TWICE in the last 3 weeks but it has never arrived. 
My address is correct and I have got messages to confirm my requests and to evaluate my satisfaction! 

Do I need to stay on the line for minutes to just ask why is your service failing?
It doesn't make much sense to me

Did you order these online or over the phone?

 

SIM card replacements are sent in the post.

I ordered them online.

First one more than two weeks ago. Second one last week, ten days ago.
I receive my post regularly with no issue

You could try booking an appointment at your local EE Store and pick one up from there.

 

This would save any delivery times.

 

If you're unable to do this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can send you a replacement.
