Hi guys so i lost my unregistered sim a few months ago and would like to get a replacement but cant register as i cant get the confirmation message. What can i do?

Thanks for coming to the community.
To order a replacement SIM card if the SIM has been lost, you would need to call our Mobile Care team who can send the replacement for you.
If this was a pay as you go SIM card and never used, you can order a new SIM card online with a new number 🙂

This was a PAYG and its been months since ive used and no idea where it is but want to keep same number

The best thing to do is give our Pay as you go Care team a call on 0800 079 8586, they will have access to your account and help you with the replacement SIM card 🙂
