About 4 weeks ago I asked for a replacement sim, and it still hasn’t arrived as yet 😡 I know it’s a strange world but this is ridiculous 😤

I made the request on the website had an email to say that it would take 3-5 days but no show, and I must admit I have not found where I ordered it from since even though I have been looking. Very annoying 😡

@Hardg03 and is your current Sim card working ? if it isn’t then unfortunately you should not of used the website as a code is sent to your working sim for you to give approval of the order of a replacement SIM card.

I have just looked and the email was dated 2nd January, so that was confirmation that a new one was on the way.

@Hardg03 if your current Sim is lost stolen or damaged then you need to call to request a replacement Sim as you cannot do this online as a message is sent to you so you can approve the request of a replacement Sim card it says this on the online order form.
