Hi, I have had to order a replacement sim as my phone has been lost. I have no other way of calling you as I live alone and this was my only way of calling. I requested for a new sim a few days ago but I have not received this or had any verification, how can I ensure I get my replacement sim ASAP? I am unable to leave my home as I am shielding.

Replacement SIMs are usually sent out by standard Royal Mail post.
